Our deputies serve and enforce all phases of the eviction process from required legal notices, court orders, and more.
WRITS & ORDERS
Courts often order property levied and sold at either a Sheriff’s Sale or Constable’s Sale as part of a judgment. This is referred to as a writ of execution. Our deputies serve all forms of writs and conduct public sales pursuant to court orders.
SMALL CLAIMS
When a plaintiff or defendant is engaged in a small claims lawsuit, often legal papers and orders must be served. Our deputies handle all matters of Utah’s Justice Courts which deal in small claims.
SUBPOENA SERVICE
Do you have a subpoena needing to be served? Our deputies handle subpoena service for both civil and criminal matters throughout the State of Utah.
WARRANTS
Our deputies serve warrants that arise from both civil and criminal matters. We generally prefer to make bail arrangements for defendants rather than arrest and transport to the county jail.
